Your cloud consumption is passed through at cost — you see the provider invoice — and our management fee sits on a separate line. There is no margin buried inside your compute bill, and no minimum term beyond 30 days' notice.

Yes, and most engagements start that way. We run a two-week assessment, import what is worth keeping into Terraform, and hand you a prioritised list of what needs fixing before we will put our name on an uptime SLA.

AWS, Azure and Google Cloud as first-class platforms, plus private and hybrid footprints on VMware or bare metal where regulation, latency or licensing makes that the better answer. We will tell you which fits, not which we prefer.

Two weeks of assessment, then migration waves of one to three weeks each depending on blast radius. A 180-VM datacentre exit took us fourteen weeks end to end; a single application can be done in three.

Our own engineers, on a follow-the-sun rotation — there is no outsourced first line. Severity-one pages are acknowledged within 15 minutes, day or night, and you keep the same named architect for planned work.
